Scott grew up rafting, climbing, and skiing in Hood River, Oregon. Since his first climbing experiences in the 90’s, climbing has taken Scott to many summits of the Cascades and Sierra Nevada, up big mountains in Alaska and South America, big walls in Yosemite Valley, and many other mountain ranges and climbing areas. Scott began guiding in 2006, leading trips up 14ers in California and at this point he has climbed Mt. Shasta well over 100 times. He hopes to add just as many summits of Mount Hood to his resume, from his home in Central Oregon where he lives with his wife Becky and 6-year-old daughter Ellery.
