North Cascades National Park

Circumnavigation and Climb of Eldorado Peak
(4 Days)

In this four day trip in the Eldorado Area of the North Cascades we climb Eldorado Peak via its East Ridge or Northeast Face as well as circumnavigate the entire peak. We will have time for one other bigger climb, and there are many choices. Dorado Needle, Early Morning Spire, and Austera Peak are some of the fantastic choices for climbs in the area. The trip will leave the area by way of Triad Col, which has some exciting climbing as well. The itinerary for this trip will be customized according to the group’s abilities and climbing goals. It is also possible to shorten the trip and climb only Eldorado Peak in a three day program.

Cost: $375/day for one climber, $275/day for two or three climbers.
Maximum group size: 3 climbers for Eldorado Peak. If considering other peaks the maximum size is 2 climbers.

Boston Basin Area
(4 Days)

Our 4 day trip to Boston Basin is recommended for people who want to experience the full gamut of classic alpine climbing. The area has a number of peaks and routes such as Sharkfin Tower, Sahale Peak and as well as the well known Forbidden Peak. Climbing these routes requires a sound application of many of the skills required for alpine climbing. The itinerary for this trip will be custom and we can base our choice of routes on participant’s abilities and climbing goals. There are routes of all levels of difficulty available on the peaks in this area.

Cost: $375/day for one climber, $275/day for two climbers.
Maximun group size: 2 climbers.

Mt. Shuksan Climbs
(3 Days)

We offer two climbs on Mt. Shuksan, the Fisher Chimneys and the North Face. According to previous experience, and your tolerance for rough, cross country travel, we can suggest the route most appropriate for you. Any climb of Mt. Shuksan should be considered extremely strenuous. A three day trip is suggested for either of these climbs. This is one of the most spectacular and scenic climbs in the North Cascades.
